Jeremy brings over 15 years of experience in large corporations, advising on high-stakes decisions across sectors including energy, infrastructure, and innovation. With a background that bridges engineering and finance, he supports clients on business case validation, M&A transactions, financial due diligence, investment valuation, and commercial negotiation.
Originally from Malaysia and now based in Southern France, Jeremy brings a rare combination of Asia-Pacific dynamism and European rigour — having worked on cross-border projects in markets spanning Asia Pacific, Europe including the UK, and Morocco.
Known for his structured thinking and practical insight, Jeremy has led cross-functional workstreams and supporting executives in evaluating risks, framing strategy, and unlocking funding — including a successful €200 million public funding application. He continues to partner with organisations to bring structure, sense, and strategy to complex decisions.
Jeremy founded Makna Advisory with the belief that the clarity, rigour, and strategic thinking found in large corporate environments should be accessible to small and medium enterprises.
